Scandal is a Japanese rock band formed in 2006 by four high school girls—Haruna, Mami, Tomomi, and Rina—who met at a vocal and dance school. In 2008, the band released a web anime on their website as a promotional project which Shuichi Hayashida was credited as a key animator. The series consisted of 12 short episodes, referred to as “scenes.” Only one episode was properly archived before the other episodes were taken down.
